4 years ago Sytske Casimir joined The Royal Dutch/Shell Group in the Recruitment Department. She had previously worked in Recruitment at Vodafone. Only 3 weeks after starting her new job she was a participant on Shell LIFE (The Shell Group onboarding program for new professionals) and she decided there that one day she would like to stand on the other side of the group - facilitating the program. One and a half year later when running a recruitment project for the Leadership and Performance Team (LEAP) she was asked to join them and this gave her the opportunity to fulfill her dream of facilitating Shell LIFE and other Leadership programs - In July this year LEAP became part of the newly formed Shell Learning Organization and Sytske now works in the Personal Skills team - where she is program manager for Shell LIFE and delivers and designs other leadership programs.
