   Effective immediately, Jay Cashmore has been appointed president and chief executive officer and Kasra Meshkin has been appointed chief technology advisor of EZENET. Cashmore was formerly the president and founder of Wealth Management Solutions Inc., a financial services software company acquired by EZENET in September 2000.
