According to Gourmet Festival Director, Christine Cashmore, the Gourmet Festival has grown considerably over the last decade as a showcase for international and local culinary trends, tastes and developments.
"The core event is the Good Food & Wine Show where many local food businesses have launched and showcased new products and partnered us in developing promotions and food experiences that are firsts in the country", said Cashmore from the Kennilworth offices.
SoGo owner Francois te Water Naudé has launched all fourteen of his company's new products at the Good Food and Wine Show.

According to Cashmore, not only do local businesses get the opportunity to present their products, but they have exposure to overseas chefs and international trends.
