Brian Cashmere focuses his practice on the representation of contractors, subcontractors and sureties on matters related to construction and government contracting.Brian's practice includes significant experience in the preparation, prosecution and resolution of contract claims under public, private and international contracts.Experienced in all stages of commercial litigation and dispute resolution his experience includes trial practice before state/federal courts, administrative boards and arbitration panels, both nationally and internationally.Additionally, Brian provides various general counsel support, to include the preparation, review and negotiation of contracts, furnishing project administration/claim assistance and advice on regulatory matters to include OSHA, M/WBE, and Davis-Bacon issues.

Prior to joining Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald, Brian served as a judicial law clerk to the Chief Judge, U.S. District Court, District of Guam.His prior experience also includes an MBA and eight years of service as an engineering and operations officer in the U.S. Navy, primarily aboard ships assigned to the Pacific.
