   Joanna Cashman, one of our IYT graduates is co-director of Wild Grace Arts / Center for Yoga & Health located in downtown Olympia, WA. Wild Grace offers a wide array of classes in yoga and dance/movement forms including four levels of Hatha Yoga, modern dance, creative dance, dance to fitness and meditation.Weekend workshops and private sessions in dance / movement therapy and lntegrative Yoga Therapy are also available.
   
   Joanna is a health promotion specialist with certifications in mental health nursing and Integrative Yoga Therapy.Her background includes a Master of Fine Arts degree in Dance and graduate study of kinesiology, biomechanical analysis of movement, dance/movement therapy and numerous body-mind therapies.She is listed in Who's Who in American Nursing for the therapeutic use of yoga and dance in the clinical setting for the treatment of mental health and chemical dependency disorders.
