At the time of publication, Mary Cashman-Bakken, with the Minnesota Resource Center: Deaf and Hard of Hearing, was in the process of investigating to see what impact these changes will have on the QA process. Furthermore, it is unclear how this test could be administered. Here in Minnesota, it has been the state chapter of NAD, the Minnesota Association of Deaf Citizens, that has provided the people to administer the testing. Since NAD no longer sanctions use of this test, another mechanism for providing the test may be necessary. -
