   Mary Cashin, B.A., LL.B., Dip.Prop.Tax, A.C.I.Arb., Principal of Cashin & Associates graduated from University College Galway and qualified as a Solicitor in 1979.She subsequently completed a Diploma in Property Tax and trained as an Associate Arbitrator and is currently an Associate of the Institute of Arbitrators.She is also a member of the Association of Collaborative Practitioners.She has been in full time practice since 1983 and established the firm of Cashin & Associates in May 1990.She has developed an extensive knowledge and expertise in a number of areas of law including Family Law, Property Law, Personal Injuries*, Arbitration, Wills and Probate Law.
   
   Mary CashinDuring the early 1990s, she successfully spearheaded the representation of in excess of 700 clients under the Employment Equality Legislation.During her career Mary has gained considerable experience acting on behalf of builders in Building Developments and private clients in the purchase of residential properties and also on behalf of banks and borrowers in commercial lending.Having gained extensive experience in Personal Injury law, she now embraces the Personal Injuries Assessment Board Act, 2003.
