Jan is responsible for capital budget preparation and implementation in regard to development and execution of design finishes for corporate properties.She coordinates renovation projects, soliciting bids and scheduling contractors, and assists property managers and hotel managers with current industry finish standards.

Jan is also available to consult with tenants regarding tenant improvement space plans and interior details, and will assist with budgeting and construction supervision of leasehold improvements.She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a degree in Interior Design.
