   Chris Cashen Chris Cashen graduated from Purdue University with a BS in civil engineering. After graduation, he spent several years in the U. S. Navy's Civil Engineer Corps as a Seabee and an assistant resident officer in charge of construction on the Pacific island of Guam. Upon returning to the States, Chris worked in the Hampton Roads commercial construction industry. He worked with Shirley Construction Corporation (a general contractor) and CM Associates, Inc. (a construction management firm) prior to obtaining a graduate degree from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.
