   Tim Cashell has been named regional sales manager for the east and Fred Kline for the west. In addition to an extensive sales background, Cashell has more than 13 years experience in the technical development of textiles from concept to finished product for sale, and was most recently at L.L. Bean. Kline's career has been centered primarily around the medical products industry, coming to Nextec from Safeskin Corp., where he was strategic market manager.
