   Ralph Cashell Joins First Hope Bank as Vice President of Information Technology
   
   Hope, NJ, January 18, 2001-Ralph Cashell joined First Hope Bank on January 3rd as Vice President of Information Technology. In this position, Cashell will oversee all of the Bank's progressive technology, which includes Internet and Telephone Banking, and will supervise the staffs of the Deposit Operations, Computer Operations and Information Technology Departments.
   
   Before joining First Hope Bank, Cashell worked since 1995 as First Vice President of Information Technology for Broad National Bank in Newark. Earlier, he was Chief Information Officer for LCS Industries in Clifton.
   
   Cashell holds both a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
