Britt and Spartanburg Regional Board Chairman Terry Cash argued Monday in open session about whether the Regional board had followed its own nomination process.

In June, Britt and Regional's board Chairman Terry Cash got into a verbal sparring match as to whether the hospital followed its own rules.
