   Susan Cash has been named manager of clinical practice-specialty, pediatrics and waiver, for Gentiva's Shreveport office. She joined Gentiva in 2002 and has been responsible for management of Gentiva's local participation in the Medicare Waiver Program, as well as pediatric nursing and the company's certified nursing assistants. Cash previously served for seven years as a registered nurse in the neonatal unit at LSU Health Sciences Center. She holds a nursing degree from Northwestern State University.
