   Stephen Cash, 38, is water/wastewater superintendent for the City of Bremen. A native of Bremen, he has served in that capacity for 15 years. He attended Bremen High School and the State University of West Georgia. Cash says, "I hope we can take a serious look not only at the amount of water we have but the quality of water and how we can protect it not only for potable water purposes but for recreation purposes as well."
