   Stella Cash, M.Ed, MS, R.D.Stella Cash is Professor of Dietetics at Michigan State University, and is the Director of the very successful Dietetics program at M.S.U.Her distinguished career includes various leadership roles in the in the American Dietetic Association and at Michigan State University.Stella has served as a consultant for more than 20 food and beverage companies in the US and internationally, and has created several award wining food and nutrition programs for both commercial and public television.
   
   Stella's area of expertise is in foods and foodservice management, and she currently serves on numerous Boards and Foundations.
