   In the next bout, The Brad's self-appointed #1 contenders to the Mid- Atlantic Tag Team Titles, The Wild Eyed Southern Boys ("Wild" Shane West & Gary "Madd Trucker" Stevens), retained their "#1 spot" with a questionable victory over former two-time tag team champions The $outh$ide Playas (L.A. Cash and J-Money).
   
   In what had originally been scheduled as the main event of the evening before the abrupt contract signing for the tag team belts, CWF Mid-Atlantic TV Champion Xsiris put his title on the line for the third time in four weeks, squaring off against Brass Munkey. This was an incredibly frenetic fast-paced contest, conducted under the traditional Mid-Atlantic 10:00 time limit rules, which saw Xsiris take on an extremely energized and motivated Munkey. However, Xsiris was able to survive the onslaught and hit his "DUI" for the pinfall, as he continues to establish himself as one of the most fighting, but yet hated, champions in recent Mid-Atlantic history.
