Frances Cash
CLEVELAND, Tenn. - Frances Pullen Cash, 88, formerly of Tupelo and Amory, died Sunday, May 14, 2006, at her home. She was born in Amory to the late Dr. Nathan and Maumee Redman Pullen. She graduated in 1936 from Mississippi State College for Women. She served as secretary to the Lt. Governor of the Panama Canal Zone from 1957-1959. She taught business education for 45 years including 16 years at Hiwassee College in Madisonville, Tenn., and 25 years at Manatee Community College in Bradenton, Fla. She was an Episcopal and a member of the Daughters of the Confederacy.
