   Dr. Skip Casey, the Coleman district's superintendent during the years of single-day hiring, was in Austin on Monday at a statewide school administrators' conference.He is now interim superintendent of the Stamford school district.

   "These buses are easily seen and clearly marked," said Skip Casey, Coleman interim school superintendent."Evidently, these guys didn't know that.I hope that these two are not the brightest that we've got."
   
   Casey said the teens could face school disciplinary action, based on the outcome of the criminal case.
   
   On the other hand - "We don't really have a policy about stealing school buses in the school regulations," he noted dryly."That's just not something we've thought about.However, we do have policies about stealing school property."
   
   Casey said he was told that the juveniles were caught while they were trying to hide the bus.
