   Sister Constance Casey has served as president and chief executive office of the Academy of the Holy Names since 1990. In the 29 total years that she has been at the school - both as president and principal - she has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to creating a faith-community and ensuring its strong future. She has also worked with board and campus staff to ensure the school's financial stability and with school principals to assure the excellence of the school program.
   
   Among her accomplishments at the school, she conducted a $4.2 million capital campaign and completed a three-year facilities expansion project; established a financial aid program for students and built an extensive "Partners in Education" program in collaboration with the business community and the alumnae; established and developed a board of trustees for the school; and, collaborated with the staff in achieving the U.S. Department of Education National School of Excellence Award.
   
   She also designed and developed a comprehensive strategic plan for the school; expanded the alumnae office and programs; and, served as a representative of the religious community to ensure a strong mission-oriented school.
