   An Award-winning technologist, Olivia Casey is a publishing industry leader in designing technology and implementation strategies for mission-critical business systems. Ms. Casey is the General Manager of USE's Southern China facilities and oversees USE's Sourcing and Manufacturing services. A patent-holder for an enterprise-wide content management system, Ms. Casey spent nine years at the Belo Corporation. As Deputy Director of Technology, her work primarily focused on managing the overall development of the content system, which manages more than 1 billion records and serves up to 5,000 concurrent users. The system centralizes data from 32 Belo locations across the U.S.
   
   Ms. Casey is acknowledged as a publishing industry leader in workflow analysis, pagination and implementation procedures. She is co-author of "A Pagination Handbook for the Newsroom, a standard text for media technology implementation. In addition to her work in technology development, she spent 15 years in quality control and assurance at the Gannett Corporation and the SWP Corporation. She also has experience in directory call center management.
   
   Because of her innovative work in technology development, Ms. Casey has received numerous awards, including the Wharton/Infosys business transformation Award from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, the Real/Ware Award for Business Enterprise Content Management Application; and the InfoWorld 100 Award for Best Use of Technology for Business Enhancement.
