   Neil Casey, a New York partner, is a member of the Structured Finance Group.
   
   Mr. Casey's practice involves a wide array of securitization transactions, both public and private. He has represented issuers, underwriters, placement agents, credit enhancers, and investors in connection with commercial mortgage-backed securitizations, collateralized debt obligation transactions (including synthetic structures), and municipal and corporate debt repackaging programs. Additionally, he has substantial experience negotiating and documenting swaps and other derivative contracts, with a particular emphasis on credit derivatives.
   
   Mr. Casey earned a J.D., Order of the Coif, from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law in 1990, and an A.B. in Economics, with Distinction, from Stanford University in 1987. During 1989, he served as a judicial extern with the California State Supreme Court.
   
   Mr. Casey is admitted to practice in the states of California, Massachusetts, and New York.
