   Ann Casey, an executive at Southwestern Illinois Correctional Center in East St. Louis, will become assistant warden of programs at Centralia on Jan. 16, according to Dede Short, a spokesperson for the Illinois Department of Corrections. Casey will replace Allan Wiseley who retired in December.
