    Mark Casey is the General Manager of campusMCI at MCI Worldcom where he has overall responsibility for MCI Worldcom's student services programs.He has been with MCI Worldcom in this role for the past 2 years and has over 10 years experience in the telecommunications industry.Prior to joining MCI Worldcom, he held management positions with both AT&T and Bell Atlantic in the areas of marketing, finance, and business development.

    An 18 year veteran of the telecommunications industry, Mark has held positions in marketing, finance, sales, business development, and general management with companies including AT&T, Bell Atlantic, MCI, and e.spire.Mark joined Fortune 250 railroad operator CSX in 2001 to establish and launch CSX Fiber Networks.Continuing a 20 year history of serving carriers' mission critical fiber network requirements, CSX FN built a transport infrastructure company deploying and managing neworks for the industry's largest carriers.Mark led the spin-off CSX FN in 2005, and continues to lead CFN Services in delivering transport infrastructure and solutions to improve carrier and enterprise network economics.

    Prior to launching CSX Fiber Networks, Mark held senior level positions in sales, marketing, and business development with e.spire Communications during the company's growth from $59m to $344m in revenues, including expansion of metropolitan fiber networks and services to 35 cities nationwide.Prior to e.spire, Mark served as General Manager of campusMCI delivering revenue producing solutions to several of the largest US colleges and universities.During his tenure at AT&T and Bell Atlantic, Mark supported the growth and development of several high profile business units, including the launch of Bell Atlantic Internet Solutions.
