   "As far as any illegal purchases of cigarettes go, we are issuing a statement to all stores asking clerks to seek identification for anyone who looks age 27 or younger on cigarette sales," said Casey. "Identification must be provided showing that purchasers are 21 years of age.
   
   "Schnucks is investigating the situation of the alleged cigarette sales to the Webster Groves High School minors," added Casey.
