   Kevin's practice has, for 25 years, focused on advising businesses (including corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies), residential construction law, real estate transactions, probate, estates, trusts and fiduciary responsibilities, and litigation in these areas.
   
   OTHER EXPERIENCE:
   
   Kevin is a second-generation Seattle/King County attorney, first associating in 1977 with Casey & Pruzan, a firm founded by his father, Merwin Casey. Kevin formed a Bellevue firm in 1983, and for the past 16 years was the managing shareholder of Casey Gordon Davis, P.S.

   Professionally, Kevin sits on the Rules of Professional Conduct Committee of the Washington State Bar Association, and is a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust; Law Practice Management and Business Law sections of the WSBA.
   
   For Community Service (and the joy of working in youth sports), Kevin has coached youth soccer in the Seattle and Lake Washington Youth Soccer Associations since 1978. Kevin also sat on the formation committee for Northshore Youth Soccer's select Club "F.C. Alliance" and served on its executive committee until 2002.
   
   EDUCATION:
   
   Kevin obtained his law degree from the University of Puget Sound, School of Law (now Seattle University School of Law) in 1977 and his B.A. in History from the University of Washington in 1973.
   
   ADMISSIONS:
   
   Kevin is admitted to the Washington State Bar (1977).
