Brian Casey focuses his practice on insurance defense and commercial litigation.He has experience handling a wide variety of matters including construction site accidents, coverage disputes, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and complex toxic tort litigation, including the defense of lead paint and chlorine gas exposure claims.Casey is a graduate of Albany Law School of Union University (J.D., 1993, cum laude) and Siena College (B.S., 1990, magna cum laude).Casey joined Hiscock & Barclay as an Associate in 2004, following the Firm's acquisition of Bouck, Holloway Kiernan & Casey, LLP where he was a Senior Associate.Prior to private practice, Casey served as Schenectady County Assistant District Attorney.
