    Brian Casey joined RLI in 1996 as a manager, claim department. He was promoted to assistant vice president in 1998. He came to RLI from Travelers Insurance, where he was a director in the Home Office Liability Unit. A graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and University of Connecticut Pharmacy School, Mr. Casey practiced law for seven years before joining Travelers.
