His talents excel in the areas of project management, scheduling and budgeting. Brian's experiences benefit clients' needs in the areas of; Data Centers, DC Power infrastructures, large HVAC systems, control system integration, UPS and other specialty electrical needs. Brian joined Phoenix Commercial, Inc. in 1996 from Texas Wings, Inc. d/b/a Hooter's. He was responsible for all site selection, design and construction for the Hooter's restaurant chain in the state of Texas. Prior to Hooter's, as a Construction Manager for Architectural Designs, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI., Brian acquired a practical background in client relationships and interior finishes. His experience completing large projects within time.
