  Jean Case is CEO of The Case Foundation, a private family foundation established in 1997 and committed to creating communities of support for youth and families.In her role as CEO, Mrs. Case leverages her two decades of business expertise to bring together resources across the nation and across sectors of society to develop new solutions to social problems, and to build models that ensure the sustainability and impact of the foundation's work.Through her work at The Case Foundation, Mrs. Case also helped lead PowerUP, a national initiative created to help underserved youth succeed in the digital age.Today, nearly 1,000 PowerUP centers serve hundreds of thousands of youth in neighborhoods across the nation that otherwise might not have access to technology for years to come.
  
  Prior to creating The Case Foundation with her husband, Steve, Mrs. Case spent nearly a decade as a senior executive at America Online.Under her marketing leadership, AOL went from a distant third to the number one online service in the marketplace.Prior to AOL, Mrs. Case served as a marketing manager at GE, and at the nation's first online service, The Source.
