At SuperCable, he was responsible for the company's restructuring to successfully compete within the telecommunications sector. He was directly responsible for IT, planning, network operations and new business development. Mr. Casas holds an MBA from IESA in Venezuela and a bachelor's from the University of Simon Bolívar, majoring in computer science, computer architecture and operations research.

Mr. Casas has held professorships at Universidad Humbold and Politecnico de Las Fuerzas Armadas de Venezuela.
