Carolos Casas

Carolos Casas joined HEDC in February 2005 and is a Business Development Specialist.He is responsible for providing technical assistance to aspiring entrepreneurs; assisting clients with business planning, licensing and permits, marketing strategies and setting up financial assessments and goals.Prior to HEDC, Casas was president of the Guadalupe Center Federal Credit Union, where he performed general accounting operations, loan analysis, sales and public relations.Casas earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Strategic Communications from the University of Kansas.
