Skilled estimator, budget analyst and project manager Printing expert As supervisor of RightMinds production and traffic departments, CarolAnn oversees the internal workflow of the agency as well as the contracting of outside vendors for printing, production, promotional items and a variety of other services. Well-suited to a job that requires organization, budget management and negotiation skills, CarolAnn came to RightMinds from B&B Printing where she was a Customer Service Representative. Prior to that, she was Procurement Analyst and Billing Specialist for Cadmus Communications Corporation. A woman of many talents who was originally trained in accounting, CarolAnn also has managed membership sales for Kiln Creek Golf & Country Club and even served as manager of a yacht club for East West Partners.

CarolAnn Cartwright has joined the RightMinds production team as traffic manager.She had been an account manager/customer service representative with B&B Printing.Prior to B&B, she held positions with Cadmus as a procurement analyst and with East West Partners in the accounting department.

As traffic manager for RightMinds, CarolAnn is responsible for tracking hundreds of jobs within the agency from the moment they are initiated by the account manager through every production stage including delivery to the client.It's a complex position that demands a head for details, a nose for problem-solving and nerves of steel,all of which CarolAnn possesses in spades.

For CarolAnn, life outside of work revolves around family, pets and one of her favorite pastimes,antiquing excursions throughout the mid-Atlantic with her husband, Mark.She scours antique shops for a variety of collectibles such as old crocks and depressionware."The best buys are in Pennsylvania and New York," confides CarolAnn.She also loves to cook, a hobby that holds the promise of delicious taste tests for RightMinds volunteers.

CarolAnn's two cats,a Himalayan named Mademoiselle and a Siamese kitten called Precious,rule the roost at her home in Edgewater on the Reservoir, a new southside development.Her beloved Pekinese, Brutus, lives on her parents' 200-acre farm in Blackstone."My mom and dad nursed him back to health when he was near death," she shares.
