Mary Carter has been named senior vice president of Human Resources and Corporate Administration, effective January 1, 2004.Carter has led Human Resources and Communications since she joined the company in 1998.In addition to those responsibilities, she will assume leadership for facilities and the Employee Service Center and payroll, as well as Product Safety and Environmental Engineering.This move will concentrate all responsibility for safety management under Carter's leadership by adding product and environmental safety to her current responsibilities for employee safety.Carter joined Andersen following a successful 20-year career at Honeywell, where her most recent position was Vice President of Human Resources for their Home and Building Control business.
