Lucy worked at Nationwide Building Society for more than seven years where she was in product management and more recently marketing communications controller heading up a large team responsible for consumer communications.She left to start a family and joined Oxford College of Marketing as manager.Lucy has also worked in education marketing as a media planner/buyer for an ad agency and in a government press office.Her specialisms are communications strategy and practice and marketing team management.Lucy has a degree in human communication, majoring in psychology, linguistics and marketing, a postgraduate certificate in marketing and a Chartered Institute of Marketing Professional Postgraduate Diploma In Marketing.She is a member and former student of the year of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
