Education: Graduating from Anna-Jonesboro High School, Mr. Carter continued his education at Eastern Illinois University.There, he received his Bachelor's degree in Education.Later, he attained his Master's degree from Southern Illinois University.

Current Employment: Pharmaceutical Sales

Community Involvements: Union County Hospital District Board member, Community Health Service Advisory Board member, membership at St. Mary's Catholic Church and the past President and Secretary of the Anna District #37 School Board.

Mr. Carter says, "We are a locally owned bank with locations in Anna and Jonesboro, which makes banking easy for our customers.
