Degree.Pastor Larry has more than 20 years of ministry as Children's Pastor, Development Director and Youth Pastor in Eugene, OR.His wife Kathy is a clerical secretary, most recently working as a student account advisor at a local Bible College.Larry and Kathy have two children.

  Elder Kary A. Carter has been in the Church most of her life, but in 1980 the church got in her.Her quite and reserved demeanor speaks to the Bible verse "swift to hear and slow to speak".Her passion is very similar to her husband of 30 plus years as to teaching the Body of Christ to "walk out" their faith.Since the coming together of the two ministries (Fisher's of Men and Life Changing Ministries), her efforts have been imparting wisdom to the ladies at Fishers of Men Ministries.
  
  Pastor Larry Carter was rescued by Jesus Christ while serving in the United States Air Force, where he received most of his training as a Christian.His passion is the development of leaders within the church.
