Larry Carter
Larry Carter's background includes 25 years of experience in telecommunications and direct marketing.Prior to joining Quality Service Management, Inc. as a senior partner, Mr. Carter served as President and Chief Operating Officer of TMI Corporation and subsequently NeoData Corporation, a telemarketing, magazine fulfillment, product/distribution, and database marketing company.Mr. Carter successfully managed the growth of the organization from approximately $ 30 million to $ 200 million in just four years.
Before moving to Dallas, Texas, in 1979, Mr. Carter, a native of Canada, held numerous management assignments with the Bell Canada organization.At Northern Telecom Business Communications Group from 1979 to 1981, he was Vice President responsible for development and management of a national service organization.Mr. Carter, from 1981 to 1983, was Vice President of Operations and networking for U.S. Telephone, a rapidly growing Dallas-based long distance company.
