Martin Carsky, Executive Chairman
Martin Carsky is an experienced business professional with an extensive corporate governance, capital markets, business restructuring, and corporate development background. Martin is the Executive Vice President of Anthem Capital Corp., the private investment arm of the Anthem Group of companies. Previously; he was the CEO of Cryopak Industries Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of temperature-controlling products and package solutions. Prior to joining Cryopak, he was a restructuring or M&A consultant and in some cases interim CFO of a number of Vancouver-based publicly traded companies. Prior to that, he served for several years as the Finance Director for funeral home consolidator, The Loewen Group Inc.
Until recently he was a Director and the Chair of the Audit and Governance Committee of Spectrum Signal Processing Inc. when it was sold to Vecima Networks Inc. in May of 2007. He is also a past Director of the Vancouver Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (1994-1997).
In addition to MetroBridge, he is currently a Director of the following public companies; Pacific Safety Products Inc. (Audit Chair), Anthem Ventures Capital Corp., and Kruger Capital Corp. Martin was recently appointed to the Advisory Board of Great Panther Resources Limited.
Martin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, British Columbia and is a Chartered Accountant. -
