Mr. A. Justin Carroll

A. Justin Carroll, VP Wyoming Operations, Power Generation Engineer- Mr. Carroll has 10 years of hands-on and technical experience in the Wyoming energy industry during his careers with Aqua Terra Consultants, Baccari and Associates, Unocal and Pearl Process Systems. Justin has design/built monitoring equipment for coal bed methane wells, designed and constructed projects for Kenai Alaska Ammonia Nitrate Facility and researched and developed models for the use of micro turbines as the primary source of generation in micro grid installations for coal bed methane applications in Wyoming. Mr. Carroll is responsible for the promotion and service of micro turbine-based power generation in the Wyoming gas industry and commissioning of on-site Preon power generation projects across the US. Justin earned a Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering from the University of Wyoming with focus on power generation and transmission. Mr Carroll's education also includes 3 years of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alaska and graduate level design and circuit analysis.
