Carr will serve in the role of Assistant Brass Caption Head/Tuba tech for the Blue Stars in 2007.He marched for several years as a contra bass with the Star of Indiana, Crossmen, Bluecoats, and the Troopers.Carr also taught with the Phantom Regiment in 2005.

Carr is the Associate Band Director at Owen Valley High School in Spencer, Indiana.He also instructs bands and universities such as Indiana State University (Drill Designer, Jasper, Forest Park, Gibson Southern, Vincennes Lincoln, Springs Valley, Lawrence Central, and East Lake High School in Tarpon Srings, Florida.Carr holds a Bachelors Degree in Music Education from Indiana State University in Terre Haute, Indiana.

He resides in Orleans, Indiana with his wife Jessica and his 3 year old son Sammy.

Scott Carr is in his third year as associate band director at Owen Valley High School in Spencer, IN. Carr earned his associates degree in music education from Vincennes University and his BS in music education from Indiana State University. His teaching experience includes brass instruction at the Blue Stars Drum and Bugle corps (2006-2008), and visual instructor with Phantom Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps (2005) and numerous high school bands in Indiana and Florida. Scott's marching career include the Bluecoats, Crossmen, and the Star of Indiana. He currently lives in Orleans, IN with his wife, Jessica, and his children, Samuel (5 years old) and Elanor (2 years old).
