Scott N. Carr

Scott N. Carr has worked in film and theatre for over twenty years. He served as a director and designer for the Keller Theatre in Germany, the Cactus Theatre in New York City and The Broad Reach Theatre in Florence, South Carolina. His film work has included the script development and producing of a dozen feature films, which has taken him from Washington State to Florida, and New York to Los Angeles.

Scott has taught at Wagner College, Louisiana State University, and lectured at Texas A&M University, Sam Houston State University and Goldsmith College of the University of London.

Scott is a skilled artist who brings a variety of talents to the project.Scott holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater from Sam Houston University, a Master of Fine Arts in State Direction from Brooklyn College in New York, and is a Ph.D. candidate in Dramatic Theory at Louisiana State University.Scott has been a Director, Stage Manager, Script Reader, Production Advisor, Script Supervisor, Dialogue Coach, Teacher on numerous projects.

Scott has worked on such films as; SICKNESS, ENEMIES OF LAUGHTER, PARTNERS, IF YOU ONLY KNEW, THE GIVING TREE, DETOUR, MATTER OF TRUST, LAWS OF DECEPTION, EARTH MINUS ZERO, THE LAST FAIR DEAL, and DEUCES WILD.He has directed plays such as OTHELLO, THE TOOTH OF CRIME, THE MUSIC MAN, TURE WEST, DRINKING IN AMERICA, AS YOU LIKE IT, SCOOTER THOMAS MAKES IT TO THE TOP OF THE WORLD.He has worked on these projects in one or more of the capacities.
