   The Kaleidoscope Partnership was formed in October of 2002 by Leslie Carothers after having worked for top retailers Scan-Design, Roche Bobois and Cantoni for a combined total of 20 years as a sales designer and manager. During her career, she sold over $17 million dollars worth of furniture for these retailers and was known for consistently selling large "whole-home" solutions to her clients.
   
   In 2002 Leslie decided it was time to help empower and inspire others in the industry so they, too, could meet their personal and professional goals. She left the retail furniture business and developed The Kaleidoscope Partnership (TKP) and its core program - Creative Design Sales Training for the Retail Sales Professional.
   
   This program quickly became successful in producing impressive results for her retail clients. See references and testimonials. Based upon the feedback she received from retailers using her core program, she went on to develop a broader range of programs to address specific industry needs.
   
   TKP's programs have now been implemented by over 26 retailers in the United States-both Top 100's and smaller independents.
   
   In 2005, Leslie expanded TKP's services to the manufacturing side of the home furnishings industry, as she found manufacturers were actively searching for ways to help their dealers achieve even greater success.
