    Though we sometimes tend to think that social media is so dramatically different that it requires new rules, that is not always the case. Both attorneys advised companies to have clear, written ground rules that are presented to employees up front no matter if it is for social media or snail mail.

    Christopher J. Carney

    Christopher Carney represents private and public clients in all aspects of civil litigation, including employment and labor litigation; restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation; commercial litigation; contract and shareholder disputes and products defense liability in state and federal courts throughout Ohio, as well as in administrative tribunals.
