Richard Carlson has worked in the information technology sector for the entirety of his professional career, working for both name brand entities and specialized boutique organizations. Richard is currently the Vice President for Technology for PSR Associates, an Atlanta/Tampa based consulting firm specializing in CA services, CA re-selling, product management and media asset management. At PSR, Richard leads the creation and development of all integration and ongoing improvement related to technical facets of the company.

This includes the IT platform upon which PSR operates all software applications, websites, financial systems, service management systems, and hardware/telecom systems. He's also charged with establishing the technical and professional credibility of the company by leading a strong and diverse scientific and engineering team. PSR clients include Turner Broadcast Services, CNN, American Express, and the Siemens.

Before joining PSR Associates, Richard served as a consultant with Insight Direct/Vigilant Enterprise Solutions. There, he helped his clients implement CA Unicenter solutions that supported the enterprise service management space. His clients represented a diverse array of Fortune 500 organizations.

He developed technical and supervisory experience at his previous two posts-managing technical teams at both Raymond James Financial and Sterling Research Group. His teams designed, engineered and maintained network systems for a host of applications-from service management to network security.

Richard earned his ITIL Foundation certification in 2006 and is also certified as both an engineer and an administrator for Unicenter (CUSA/CUSE).

He is a Gulf War Navy veteran with an expertise in technology whom was awarded the Good Conduct Medal. Richard lives in Largo, Florida with his wife of twenty years and son.
