Aaron Carlisle

SALISBURY, N.C. - Food Lion has promoted Aaron Carlisle to regional director of operations in the company's western division.In his new responsibilities, Carlisle will oversee the operations of select Food Lion stores in Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

Carlisle is a 15-year veteran of Food Lion, joining the company in 1988 as perishables clerk.Since that time, he has advanced steadily to levels of increasing responsibility, serving most recently as store operations supervisor in the Wilmington, N.C., area.

Carlisle attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.He was born in Wilmington and spent time growing up in Jacksonville, N.C.He, his wife and their two children will make their home in the Augusta, Ga., area.
