   Mr. Carey is admitted to the bars of Virginia and the District of Columbia, and admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia and the District of Columbia.He is a member of the Northern Virginia Defense Lawyers Association, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys.
