Miss Alicia Jane Cappella

Alicia Jane Cappella, an Inverell member of the NSW Nurses Association, said she hoped to inform the community on how the changes could affect everyone.

"We need to make people aware of the changes and how they affect nurses and services we have," she said.

Although she said the Federal Government guaranteed "we were secure", Miss Cappella believed the changes would go ahead.

"We see changes and cut backs every day," she said.
