LogicScope welcomes Brian Cappell on board

London , 28th February : LogicScope Realisations Ltd. , one of the world's leading providers of connectivity solutions to the global trading community , has appointed Brian Cappell to its board as Technical Director.

Cappell has been working with LogicScope in a consultancy capacity for some months and will now be based in London.He joins LogicScope having run a software consultancy firm since 1985.He successfully worked on a number of projects , including Topic3 and derivatives products for Primark , and integrating Financial Times Information data into Primark ICV , Bridge ( formerly Dow Jones Telerate ) , as well as a number of other projects focused on real-time data delivery.

At LogicScope , Cappell is tasked with specific responsibility for technical development and the recruitment of additional programming teams in response to continuing high levels of growth and new sales that LogicScope has been winning during the last 18 months.

Says Cappell , This is a very exciting time for LogicScope.I am very impressed with LogicScope's reputation ; the software is robust and reliable , requiring minimal maintenance.I'm especially impressed with the relationships LogicScope has with its world-wide client base and the co-operation and efficiency between the project teams.

At the same time, the senior management team of Nick Dyne, Pat Dolan and technical director Brian Cappell, was strengthened by the addition of new non-executive directors John Jessop, former chief executive of Telerate and Gerald Ashley, former central banker and now managing director of risk management company St. Mawgan; Alan Law, who was already a non-executive director of the company, becomes chairman.
