Luis Javier Cano, Sinfonia Restaurant' Chef, is an experienced Chef who has demonstrated his outstanding culinary skills serving in famous restaurants around the world.
Javier was born in Argentina on January 6th, 1974.He was influenced by his grandmother Camila who had a small and cute Italian restaurant in Buenos Aires.Javier helped her cooking during his vacation.
At the age of 15 years old, Javier sharpened his skills at Cesar's Palace Hotel.He was hired in 1990 by Bice Ristorante, a branch of an international chain of Italian restaurants.Based on his outstanding performance, Javier was appointed to Milan, Italy in 1994 and Sao Paulo, Brazil in 1995.Javier returned to Argentina in 1996 and continued his culinary studies at Cordon Bleu in Buenos Aires.
Javier arrived to United States in 2000.He inaugurated 3 restaurants in Miami, Florida: Celeste, Costa Med and Chocolate.He also served as Chef at Grappa, Soprano Shore Club y Casa Tua.
