   I once had a therapist that said to me, "you know Kerry, it is time to hang-up your red cape." As in, it is time to stop trying to be and do everything. In other words, RELAX! I laughed so hard when he said that, but deep in my heart, I felt a twinge of sadness at the realization that I so easily got caught up in trying to be a superwoman, always striving for things to be just so. I was depleting my own energy resources, instead of building them up.
